About Me
I am currently living in Berlin and am in training to become a psychotherapist. At the moment I am taking a break from the clinical work (I worked in a psychiatric hospital before and at some point I couldn’t handle the conditions for the patients there), I only do the theoretical part and make my living from working in a cinema. In the beginning of the next year I will dive back into working with patients which I really enjoy.
Before moving to Berlin for my master’s degree, I lived in the north of Germany in a little cute town called Lüneburg which is close to Hamburg, but originally I am from the south, a rural area around Munich.
In my free time I like to do yoga & indoor cycling, write diary, meet my friends and attend all kinds of different cultural events.
I am a friendly and rather a calm person that used to be very introverted and has become more extroverted over the years. I am open-minded and am interested in people's stories and different topics, basically anything that broadens my horizon :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people offside from tourist structures, to get to know new stories, perspectives and habits.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in a hostel in Berlin for nine months due to the fact that I struggled finding a long term appartment/flatshare. First I was not very happy about this temporary solution, but then the second corona wave in winter hit Germany leading to many contact restrictions. Because of my hostel living situation I was surrounded by many people and still could have an active social life which was very nice and refreshing :)
