Six years of university, one amazing student organization (BEST), life goals, and inspiring friends. And yeah, lets be honest... a few pints of beer :-)

That's about how much it took for me to change - to develop myself from a staunch introvert to an open person, to consider meeting new people as a part of my lifestyle.

I can be a real IT geek, but don't be mistaken, there are so much more to life that I love to do. Travelling is one of my big passions, but to make me happy, you can also give me a guitar, a bicycle, a book, or just a moment to think.

I love Prague, but I never stay here for too long - there are too many people I know around the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Expand my horizons beyond the mainstream tourism and "obligatory-picture-taking" while being in a foreign city - meet new people, experience cool places that only locals know and put some randomness in my travels!

I also like to show people around all those beautiful non-tourist places in Prague if they come to visit me.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
In general anything that has a hidden power in it. It can be a pop song repeated every day on the radio or a folk song sung by a guitar player in the street. But my favourite is prog / folk / symphonic metal. Elvenking, Haken, Pain of Salvation, Seventh Wonder, Enslavement Of Beauty... no? Avantasia, Nighwish...? Ok, let's just listen to some good rock :-)

MOVIES
I could re-watch Firefly+Serenity anytime, but if I should go for a random movie, it would probably be something Nordic.

BOOKS
I'll go by the authors - Kundera, Murakami, Feynman, Houellebecq (double-checked the spelling!), Pratchett... And HP or LotR of course.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always willing to learn some bits of a foreign language and share something from mine. Czech is very complex, but can be really funny.

I can tell some stories from my travels and I'll be more than happy to hear yours. Recently I started to learn guitar and I seek any opportunity to practice!

And of course we can always share a drink :)
