ABOUT ME
I am happy to host working scheduling permitting.

I am Brazilian living in the Africa continent from 2002, after two years based in Juba, South Sudan, I am back in Mozambique. I am busy with a few projects, but I would like to open the opportunity to help travellers with basic accommodation and make a handful of new friends.

I like to think that I am an open-minded, friendly, talkative (if I had enough caffeine), curious about other people country and culture. I enjoy life and simple things, like conversation, nature or walking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet people, make new friends and help well-mannered people coming to Mozambique with basic accommodation, but please don't see my space as a hostel it should be a place where you can feel at home.

I want my home to be a friendly home for travellers (but please, pay attention to the house rules, nothing is perfect hey !!)

I might not be a party monster, so, don't expect me to be your party partner in Maputo, I like a more relaxed plan toward the end of the day.

I am happy to provide tips and directions around the city, just keep in mind that you are on your holidays, but I have some work to do, so I expect you to be an independent explorer, get out to know the city and let me know if is there something new around!

So far, so good, I did great contacts and I had hosted a few people on different occasions, I believe it was a great time and experience.

Don't be shy or modest! You should feel comfortable like an old friend and please leave a comment in the guestbook.

Interests

Life is simple, so keep it simple!

I like to learn new things to share with me what you know and your stories. I quite like a conversation over a glass of wine and good stories. However, we can change the glass of wine for tea.

In line with the above, I like to enjoy the end of the day relaxing at home, here and there a trip to new (or maybe not) places, to meet people that are easy about life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a different person depending on the time of the day, the season of the year and weather outside there! - I don't like to be the same person for too long, life is too short for this.

I do like cinema (art movie or not, I love Sci-fy, DC and Marvel); Saramago is one of my favourite writers and the new boy on the block from the favelas in Brazil, Geovani Martins.

Brazilian music reminds me of home and I like it very much so, a few ones that I can list from a vast universe are:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To live and work in Africa Continent from 2002, it was and still is a great experience, the feeling has changed from the romantic ideas of the first years to a more mature point of view, however, without doubt, this was the best move ever.

Learn from people experiences, share mine and have a good time.

I would like to learn more about social nudism and this practice, NO looking for sex, please keep your mind open and healthy. It is a new thing I am looking at!
