About Me
Hello, my name is Zena, and I love meeting people from all over the world! I’m an easygoing and open-minded person who enjoys sharing experiences, learning about different cultures, and making meaningful connections.
I am also deeply passionate about giving back to the community. I run a nonprofit organization called The Voice of Women and Children, which focuses on supporting women and children with special needs and providing education to society. My journey in volunteering has taken me to Canada, where I had an incredible experience giving back to communities in need. Now, I am excited to be on the other side—hosting and welcoming travelers into my home and culture.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing:
I believe travel is about more than just seeing new places; it’s about the people you meet and the stories you share. I want to welcome travelers as family members, offering them a chance to experience real Tanzanian culture and local life. Whether it’s sharing meals, exploring hidden gems, or having deep conversations about life, I want to create an environment where guests feel at home.
My Home & Hosting Style:
I offer a warm and friendly place for travelers who are looking for an authentic experience. Staying with me means you’ll get to enjoy Tanzanian hospitality, local cuisine, and a deeper understanding of our way of life. I love exchanging ideas, learning from different cultures, and making every guest’s stay special.
Volunteering Opportunity:
For travelers interested in making a difference, I’d love to invite you to volunteer with my organization. Whether it’s teaching, supporting women and children, or just sharing kindness, every small effort can create a big impact. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to connect with the community, you are more than welcome to join us in spreading love and happiness.
