At the end of my studies and without any specific reason but the irresistible call of travel, I decided to leave France. A month after the graduation ceremony, I was on the banks of the Bosphorus, in Istanbul (Turkey). My plan was to work as press correspondent for some French media, even though I didn't know a soul there and I had no clue about the country, its culture, its language... But I survived pretty well I must say !
Since my life in Turkey was running a nice and comfortable course, I - logically - decided to turn it upside down. And here I am, four years after, packing my stuffs again for another long journey. Destination : Rome.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After four years in Istanbul, I've decided to move to Italy. Same job but a whole new country and a whole new culture to get to know. Just as with my previous travels around Europe and Middle East, I strongly believe Couchsurfing is THE way to get to know a country, a city, to meet its people and avoid the common pitfalls. A philosophy of hospitality that I have been scrupulously following (with or without CS) for the last years and that I do not intend to give up.

兴趣

Clearly, I am what French people would call a "touche-à-tout" : I can't claim any specific talent but I'm definitely interesting in everything. I'm a rugby/football/squash player and I used to French boxing and rowing in my previous lives..
I'm a huge fan of photography (even though my skills are pretty limited), painting and literature..
And to fully respect the "cliché" about the French people, my friends and I are producing wine in our hometown.
