For the last 3 years I have been in a spiritual, connecting with my inner being and outer world path which has brought deeper understanding and more consciousness, awareness and love.

I do not consume animal products and try to avoid processed, fermented foods.
Can, and actually have lived on fruits.

I've always done sports (from karate to boxing, football to basketball and currently doing triathlon).
Yoga is part of my training/life. Same as HIIT and IW.

Finding the truth keeps me sane.
Like to be efficient.
Go with the flow.
Everything happens for a reason.
There is no future or past, just now.
