ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm Zubair, friends/acquaintances call me Zeus, my nickname since secondary school. I'm young at heart and wise as whiskey.

I am an open-minded soul with a positive approach to life. I enjoy a good party as much as I enjoy relaxed, deep, meaningful conversations over a cup of tea, drink or walk around town.

I completed an Intensive Summer Spanish Course at Universidad de Malaga (Spain) for 1 month. I lived in a backpacker's hostel and met dozens of fascinating travellers from across the world. It was a truly incredible and eye-opening experience.

Later, I completed an ERASMUS work placement in Madrid for a year. In summary, this was the best year of my life and the city has a very special place in my heart. Hala Madrid!

Much later, I spent 3 years as an ESL/IELTS Teacher in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam 🇻🇳. I made friendships and memories that will stay with me for a lifetime. What a special place with magnificent, warm-hearted people!

1. Helped hundreds of university students and graduates secure their dream internship/graduate job at prestigious companies in the Finance/Investment Banking, Engineering and Technology sectors.

2. Put my baby nephew and niece to sleep and changed their smelly diapers

3. Paragliding in Tunisia and almost landing on the roof of a 5 star hotel because I chose to ignore some very basic instructions haha
