Мы практикуем йогу и медитацию, не пьем алкоголь и не едим мясо, живем с открытым умом и хорошим настроением, занимаемся саморазвитием. У моего мужа велопрокат и веломастерская, а я – хозяюшка, готовлю дома и читаю книги по саморазвитию, веду йогу. Будем рады принять вас с ночевкой, провести с вами время, пообщаться, порекомендовать места в Ростове и за городом, устроить вам велопрогулку. Мы также понимаем, если вы будете заняты своими планами целый день и на общение сильно не будет времени. Пишите об этом в своей заявке, мы просто будем иметь в виду, как нам планировать свои дни.

I enjoy my housewife life) Cooking delicious food for my husband, meeting friends, visiting yoga and swimming pool, spending time in nature.
I try to spread good vibes - love, smiles, kind words and do goods to people around me. Sometimes the best we can do for others is being a possitive example of healthy lifestyle. I don't drink alcohol and don't eat meat, practice morning yoga and also hold yoga-practises in park, keep awareness and open mind, observe myself, stay calm and hopeful in difficulties. I like walking, cycling, visiting new places and russian sauna. I like to communicate with people, to cook and read. It's easy for me to go to the other city just to meet with friend, because people are treasures which I value one of the most in my life.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Hope to meet new interesting people and show an example of easy-going travelling, not only all-inclusive tourism. Feel that there's no borders on this planet.

My husband and me – we spent almost two month in hitchhiking free travel last year. We travelled around Georgia, Armenia and Turkey and met great hospitality everywhere! In these countries we really felt that guest is a gift of God. We are very thankful for such a feeling and want to pay back and host another kind and open-minded travelers, as locals hosted us :)

I've tried different sorts of hand-made like knitting, embroidery, scrapbooking, making soap and bracelets, sewing, drawing and so on. Now I enjoy the most cooking, reading, self-development and free travelling. It's interesting to leave the comfort zone for a while and know myself better.

Normally listen popular music up to my mood, once or twice a month visit concerts of classic music. Like to read foreign literature, artistic prose and some motivators or popular phsychology. One of my favourite are Henry Toro "Wolden", all I've read of E.M. Remark, Jack London and others.
Favourite films: Far from the Madding Crowd, The Light Between Oceans, indian Taare Zameen Par, 3 Idiotas, the Till Schwaiger films like Honig im Kopf and Barfuss (german). I also enjoyed several sitcoms: Friends, How I met your mother, Big Bang theory, Scrubs, No tomorrow (yeah, too much sitcoms in my life))).
