COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was a member of the Traveler's Directory in the 80's. Hosted many visitors to Seattle, thoroughly enjoyed all my guests and learned a lot from each of them.

Music especially Jazz, Blues, Jump and Swing, but like nearly everything. Playing guitar and singing in my band, The Jump Monkeys.
Reading...love travel books, novels and mystical /spiritual. Golfing with my 25 yo son and caddying for him as he pursues a Professional Golfing career. Long walks with my wife. Cross country car trips. Meeting new people and developing friendships.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Explored a cave in Belize with the man who discovered it on his land. No ropes, steps, lights etc. Underground river rushing beneath us as we spelunked with only flashlights. At the bottom there was the most incredible green pool with stalagtites and stalagmites and a gigantic white spider. At one point we crawled on hands and knees, backs touching the ceiling into a "room" full of beautiful pottery. Unforgettably fascinating trip.
