About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Broadening my knowledge. Making time again to meet up travelers coming here.

ABOUT ME

Just wanna tell u, my name's tricky to pronounce. U don't wanna make a mistake calling me "Rise" with English pronunciation.

I work in Bogor with home in Jakarta. Oh no, I don't do round trip Jakarta-Bogor daily. Spare me. Weekdays in Bogor with my super fun colleagues in a shared house, then spending weekend in Jakarta.

Any of u wanna come to Bogor during weekdays, ping me. I'd love to meet up if I can manage. But my place is what u call a far far-away land from central Bogor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hope I can be a frequent traveler through CS, and spread the friendship along with my country's motto:
BHINNEKA TUNGGAL IKA, which means Unity in Diversity.

And, don't forget to VISIT WONDERFUL INDONESIA!!

Indonesia's Official Tourism Website

Just sharing info for you who like traveling and wanna know what to do in Indonesia. Here's the answer: a lot of things to explore. Even the locals haven't been able to conquer the country.

So, I challenge you to conquer it!! LOL

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing at people's couches is indeed a great experience. I've already surfed in Hong Kong and Macau. That was amazing, and already became unforgettable moment for me. I just hope my English was better so I wouldn't have any difficulty to express my feelings. Yeah, language is important. My travel experience makes me wanna learn the language as many as possible. I'll start learning other languages after mastering English first.

Music, Movies, and Books

Let's just say that I'm currently not in any mood for music, movies n books.

I listened to various genre of music, watched many genres of movies (but my favorite is fantasy n detective genres), read many japanese comics (sometimes still do it) n fantasy novels.

But somehow I've reached this saturation point, I'm bored with them. I'm looking for new things that are more towards self-development genre. I'm bad at time management, still learning to handle my time efficiently, have no spare time to waste on any other things I find not that important.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking around nearly whole Macau in a day until my feet smelly. From my point of view, the amazing one is my smelly feet (my feet was never smelly before!!).

And.. I had the worst-of-luck trip ever to China (PRC). All bad things happened in a streak! (No, I won't tell the story here cuz it'll take lots if space n time to type it. :p) I'd say, what a journey! Totally left a bad taste, but hey.. u might never experience this kind of trip in ur whole life, so I can be considered lucky to have this worst-of-luck trip. hahaha..

Teach, Learn, Share

The only things that I can teach and share is my mother tounge, my culture, my country and my experiences in my travel.
I wanna learn anything u're capable of. Nothing is useless. :)
