ABOUT ME

Although my early childhood was spent in the US, my more formative years were spent in Europe therefore I claim my 'home' equally in the US and Europe. I have a strong appreciation for history, geography and cultural diversity. Learning about my surroundings and people never ceases to intrigue me. I also like working with my hands. I maintained a remodeling business for more than forty years. My wife and I have owned and operated a care home for developmentally disabled adults for more than 20 years. We have met some very special people and have had many different and unique experiences and have participated in some unique and historic events.

Family and friendship work best with nurturing and love.

Interests

Nature and what life has to offer, things people have built and done to enhance life. Museums, science, art,travel and the list continues.
I read and work with my hands, I enjoy conversation and interesting company.

The birth of my children.
I have traveled extensively and would be hard pressed to single out any particular experience that was more than another in it's beauty or uniqueness.
