Hi I'm Debbie, but it's fine to call me Evita, which is my Spanish name. I have major in English literature and Spanish when I was studying in the university. I am outgoing and optimistic that I enjoy working with people and learning new things.

Currently, I am away from Taiwan, so I cannot be the host until July 2016. However, if you have some questions or anything you would like to know about Taiwan, you are welcome to contact me.
As a female couchsurfer, I hope people look at me as a traveler and friend. I am easy going but that doesn't mean I am that "easy." If you want to have someone to crush on, you can choose not to host me! I am not here to look for any further relationship, but to look for a friend or a "sharer" who can tell their experiences and cherish the value of sharing different cultures. My purpose of couchsurfing is simple : sharing and learning.

When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.

There are two things why I want to be a couchsurfer:
1. I am from Taiwan, which is an small island located in the southeast Asia. Even though it is small, there are lots of lovely people and breathtaking scenery. I would like to share those things with the people around the world.

2. I believe the real meaning for travel is to enjoy the differences with people around the world, instead of just looking around those scenery. I hope I can totally immerse myself in local culture when I am on couchsurfing.

Interessi

I love running. I can run for a long distance and almost every day. So far, I have complete several half-way marathon competitions. I believe life is like running. The only thing for challenge is "never give up."

Besides, I like traveling, watching series( I love Grey's Anatomy!), hanging out with friends, shopping and exploring new things every where.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

When I was a volunteer in Philippines, I was locked outside of my place because of the wrong key and my roommates were out for work. Therefore, I started my first trip individually. I took train to one of their famous area called "Intramuros" . However, I was accidentally took the wrong compartment and all the men on the carriage starring at me that time and I took the wrong Jeepney and got lost when I finished my trip there. It was an exciting and challenging tour. Nevertheless, I met several nice people who help me to find the right way to go back. The experience was my inspiration to be a backpacker and start all the trip by myself after that!

I can teach you Chinese since I have been a language exchanger for almost 2 years. I want to learn Spanish and more things about English.

I also want to learn more things about your lifestyles, attitude or even lots and lots of things that you are willing to share with me. I believe couchsurfing is not just making friends but also learn to appreciate and share our differences!
