is part of my latest project made possible by couchsurfers - I am also working on illustrations and have a cartoon idea in mind.

I love swimming and my wish is to swim in as many exciting, pleasant, interesting but not dangerous locations as possible - last such was lake Geneva for me. I am not counting swimming pools (I did like Stockholm's Central Baths though).

i'm still discussing with my friend Kim the word she used to describe me - "quirky" - my other friends say i am "naturally exuberant" and interesting. In fact, I am very adaptable and able to talk, joke and discuss almost anything.

I love to get away from cities and escape to nature - gardens and beaches etc. But I also like city life.

PHILOSOPHY

we must find rewarding experiences for ourselves - otherwise life itself will determine what happens to us! so choose wisely - choose the zigster! couch philosophising a speciality ;-)

I have surfed in Portugal, Latvia and France and hosted people from quite many countries in my London flat

Interests

I know a lot about so many different subjects that it's hard to say - I love swimming, culture, especially visual arts, also music, cycling, anything that stimulates my mind and body. I sketch and I draw if I feel suitably inspired. I like to walk, party, even dance if I like the music :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

the qaatsi trilogy, thousands of others - anything except predictable hollywood output. especially i like european - french (!) films. I listen to a lot of different music as long as it's not too aggressive/repetitive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with the swans in lake Geneva and the ducks and coots in hampstead heath, swam around the Monkey Island in Palolem, Goa, got caught in the tide and almost drowned, survived all kinds of dangers and feel the stronger for it ;-)
