About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Deepening our understanding and experience of self, spirit, life and love. Finding our way, finding our soul gifts. Helping build the alternative solutions & healing for a new society....while having FUN!
ABOUT ME
I am yet another insatiably curious and exuberant explorer of this world, this universe and this existence.... I currently identify myself as a woman, a wife and lover, an artist/designer, a community builder, a psychotherapist, an Enneagram self-prez 7, a lover of nature, a singer, a student of the human experience and of human consciousness, a pessimistic optimist, and a sacred space builder.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the change you seek... Living the unfolding of the new story of Interbeing, the new culture and the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing is a true function of a real GIFT ECONOMY. What a blessing and a resource! I couchsurfed europe with my boyfriend (now husband) in the summer of 2006 (czech rep, slovakia, hungary, croatia and italy). Our experience was awesome. Couchsurfers are some of the nicest and sanest people out there. We feel very lucky to have been able to have such great hosts, it really made our experience what it was!

NOW: Deeply rooting into a regenerative life of service, health & self-care, community building and in re-imagining both global and local culture through land-based community in Glen Ellen and Sonoma County.
I'm also now working to finish my PhD in Counseling Psychology from Meridian University (Petaluma, CA), and building a life of connectedness, trust, truth and love each day.

THINGS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE:
* Pick up a hoop. No, don't put it down again, try it. Seriously.
* Drink nothing but freshly juiced greens for 7 days. Better yet, 30 days. Better yet, do the full 92-day program. (I'm still working on that one!)
* Live in a foreign country.
* Eat as big a portion of your diet as possible as LOCAL, FRESH, RAW, SEASONAL, ORGANIC food.
* Seek your own spiritual nature. It doesn't matter where you start, just keep seeking. Keep asking questions.
