About Me
Hi, I'm an engineering manager at a tech company. I like drinking coffee, meeting interesting people, and having stimulating conversations. I look forward to our lives crossing paths.
***HOW TO REQUEST A STAY WITH ME***
1. Tell me specifically that you're OK with the accommodation (see my couch description).
2. Notify me beforehand in the case of changing or cancelling your stay.
3. Send me a proper request, not a private message.
* You could bolster your chances if you mention similar interests or an interesting experience to share. Please do not send me a generic copy-and-paste message. Cheers!

Interests
Ever since I was a little kid, I've always been fascinated with the stars. There're approximately 100 thousand million stars in our Milky Way galaxy alone; and up to 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe. It has been confirmed that the vast majority of the stars have planets of their own. This means that there're more planets in the universe than grains of sand here on Earth. And many of such planets might be habitable to carbon-based life forms. The significance of the ensuing questions, in my opinion, far exceeds the petty politics here on Earth. We are but a small speck of dust in the vast ocean that is the universe. The origin of life in the universe, the prevalence of extraterrestrial civilisations, and the limits of technology and science... These are the worthwhile questions to ask. My most fervent hope is that we will make some kind of breakthrough in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) within my lifetime. Then, and only then, I'll be able to die in peace.
