ABOUT ME

This is a hard one to fill out. I am moving around a lot. Geographically and also in my thinking. I dance a lot. I have moved far from where I began with it. I am inspired to perform from observing. The senses are so rich when I experience new things. 2012 is going to be rich in experience I can feel it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The smallest things can amaze me. But I have to admit that scuba diving was one of the most wonderful experiences. I learnt to let go and accept the change from feet on ground to being less in control and the life underneath was magnificent. I learnt a lot from the sea turtle. Life seemed so simple. One day I would like to give birth.

I enjoy sharing my daily stretching routine (based on Zen Meridian Stretches) with friends and family and people who I meet. It can relax and/or rejuvenate. I also like to share vegan recipes and would like to learn more.
