ABOUT ME

Since I was a kid I liked videogames: a cool story which you didn't just view; you actually were a part of the story! I really liked computers as well so I started Computer Engineering with the hopes of someday being able to make new stories. However, things change when you grow up, and even if my love of videogames hasn't diminished, I realize that there are many things I'm interested in, and that the videogame job market (at least in Spain) isn't the best one around. so who knows what the future will bring?

PHILOSOPHY

Hakuna Matata! Whatever you do is fine by me as long as you don't harm others. If what you do brings you happiness, then who am I to judge?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was told of CS by a friend of mine, and I thought it was an excellent way of travelling around and meeting new people. As a student without any kind of job or internship at the moment, money isn't exactly abundant, so this is also a good way of going to new places without spending a lot. I'm kind of shy sometimes so the thought of going to a stranger's place is a little scary, but everyone I know who has done it says it's awesome, so I need to try it in other to break away from my shyness!

Interests

My hobbies are videogames, of course (although I'm not too hardcore actually), as well as sports (kendo all year long, skiing in winter, and the random event they do at my sports hall; I also hit the gym often), listening to music, movies, reading, comics, and of course travelling whenever I get the chance =) .

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Daft Punk will forever be the best band ever =D . Actually, I'm pretty eclectic: the Beatles, Boston, ELO, La Casa Azul, Anamanaguchi, Nullsleep, Fundación Tony Manero, every Italo Disco song, Mika... The list is way too long.

Books: I need to get back into reading. I used to read a lot as a kid but I lost interest a few years back. I recently read Ender's Game and I liked it, but I'd have enjoyed it more if I had been 16 when I had read it.

Comic/Manga: Bone, Usagi Yojimbo, Naruto, Gantz, Fullmetal Alchemist, Homunculus, Akira, Blacksad, Superman Red Son, Kingdom Come, Ultimate Spider-man, Astérix, Tom Strong, Promethea... too many! I also enjoy fanzines.

Movies: way too many to list!
