I am always a little lost when writing "About Me" profiles because I'm not good at talking about myself. I guess for starters, I am currently a rising-senior hoping to obtain my bachelors degree in chemical engineering next year. After that, I plan to pursue a Ph.D in order to enhance my professional career (aka I don't know what I want to do with my life yet so I'm going to stay in school for now). I hope to travel more of the world later on to meet a wide variety of people and have many exhilarating adventures. My passion is being involved in groundbreaking research that will (maybe) one day change the world...and also have a lot of fun along the way doing so. :)

Honestly, I've had this Couchsurfing account for almost a year now, but I never really tried to use it until a friend told me about his positive experiences. Since I am in the Northeastern region of the United States for the first time, I want to look around different cities and explore the historical aspects of the culture here. Also food. Always food!

I'm hoping to have a good experience with Couchsurfing!
