Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I bought a one way ticket and will be travelling for a while with no goal other than to go on great hikes, scramble up the tallest rock, find the best sunset spot, meet all kinds of new people from different walks of life, and through it all I hope to gain more perspective from myself and the world around me. I find that couchsurfing allows me to meet wonderful people and allows for a more unpredictable travelling experience. I love getting to know locals and learn what they love about their home town and hear their stories.

Interests

I love exploring the world around me, by hearing people's stories, hiking, and learning about science and the environment. I'm the kind of person that takes 4 hours on a 2 hour hike because I go up all boulders and trees and want to look beyond each bend to see what's there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I think of amazing things I've done, I think of the beautiful places I've seen. One of which was Zion national park, where I hiked through the Narrows Rive, which runs through a canyon, for 16 miles.
