I am a freelance improvisational dance artist, yoga teacher, service industry hustler. LGBTQ. I live in Brooklyn, and love to travel, I feel fairly restless if I'm not moving around consistently, weather that means dancing on the streets of my neighborhood or traveling to near by cities to see live music. I love wandering and getting lost in my own city and the ones I visit. I'm obsessed with the body and am currently interested in the nervous system, and the psycho somatic ways into the body. I am trying to learn how to meditate, and have fallen into a deep love with yoga over the last year as I've earned my first 200hr certification. I'm here to expand my consciousness and learn from being uncomfortable!

I couch-surfed on my roadtrip from Detroit MI, to Santa Cruz CA, stayed in Nashville, Austin and Tucson, Arizona. I love seeing a new place through the eyes of a local, and the intimacy and connection that couchsurfing provides.
