ABOUT ME

Zoe is 27 and Joris 30 years old, we're living together in Antwerp city, very close to te city center. we're all about having fun, we try to see the happy side to life (always look on the bright side of life)and we try to make our life as interesting as possible by sharing it with friends.
We both have a good sense of humour and get along with all kinds people.
Working as remedial educationalist, Joris has already enough serious thoughts at his job... that's why he likes it relax and somehow a bit chaotic in his spare time. ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

for the moment we live in a very small studio and we don't even have a couch that's good enough to sleep on (it falls apart), so we're only able to have coffee and guide people through the great city of Antwerp. Once we have a little more space, we'll start hosting people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have not had any couchsurfing experience, but a few friends of us have had and they were very positive about it.

Interests

We love travelling, meeting people, having a beer and a good and funny party is always nice! We're very fond of meeting people and learning about different cultures. Besides that Joris likes to play his guitar, and for special occasions he sings in a band, although he is always very nervous for that. Zoé likes to dance. She dances in a Murga, which is kind of a street parade, theatre with music, costume, dance... She loves it!
Other interests: reading (Zoé likes especially literature in Spanish and French, reading about social world problems, comics... )photography, arts, sports

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

meeting the zapatista in Chiapas Mexico ... really nice people who are extremely surpressed and have no rights at all, it's a sad story full of lies by the Mexican government.
