ABOUT ME

I am currently studying Philosophy at Bristol university. I am in my first year so living in a tiny boxroom in halls of residence, so unfortunetly don't have a couch to offer at the moment. However by July i will have moved into a house with five friends so will have a bit more space by then! Bristol is such a cool city (if you can cope with lots of hills) and has amazing music scene, as long as you don't arrive during exam time (when i become unbearable to be around) then i am happy to show you round. My family live in London and my sister is on CS as well, so if you need a place to stay in London you should get in touch with her. She and I are going to Turkey and Kenya in the summer so we won't be able to host anyone then, but before or after. . . always welcome!

i am happy to give advice or show people round Bristol or London, and will be able to host people in Bristol by July.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have yet to actually surf somebody's couch, but heard very positive things about in when i was travelling in Guatemala.

Philosophy, Yoga, Films, Dancing, throwing dinner parties. wearing Pyjamas 90% of the time. Reading, swimming, hugging, laughing, cleaning obsessively.

Music: pretty easygoing about music. Love Tracy chapman, eva cassidy and joni mitchell. Also Bob Dylan, Van morrison, the counting crows. Mr scruff, Quantic soul orchestra, the waifs, whatever really, though i draw the line at death metal.

Books:so many that i can't begin to do them justice. most recently. . . The Idiot, four spirits, beloved, in cold blood, a shape of my own, anna karenina, we need to talk about kevin, Think. Also the poetry of Anne Sexton, Emily Dickenson and Sylvia plath
