I'm an open person who wants to know people from different culture, so as to better experience my own life as well. I'm a good listener, at least i'm trying. I love traveling so much. Each year I go to different places to experience the local life. Travel is my mind food.

I believe when communication is for understanding other than presenting which is how a good communication comes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to host some people who have the same feeling to travel in my apartment, and take him or her look at the city from my eyes, and listen to their story and their view about my city. In addition, I want to live in a local family with someone could introduce his or her story about their city and try to understand the culture from them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I experienced a couple of time to live in my friend's apartment when I was traveling in another country. It makes me experience differently as living in a hotel. I love to discover the city by following some local people's city "recipe". I used to experience a fantastic travel in Taipei when I lived in a hostel. The owner organized a night bike tour and we 5-6 people biked in the city. In that tour, I ate the most delicious street food and got to know lots of history and culture from local's point of view. I was an amazing experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

classical music, a little bit jazz; I like Woody Ellen's movies, and Before the Sunrise, Before the Sunset, and Before the Midnight are my favorite movie currently, and also some Taiwanese movies. About books, due to my work I always read the professional books, currently I'm reading some Hongkongnese and Taiwanese writer's book, and an English fiction the Goldfinch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I found, the more I'm traveling and experience other culture, the deeper I understand people, and I learned how to communicate, how to appreciate different people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to share what I feel about or view the city and the world with the experience of traveling among the different culture and countries. Every time while I'm traveling, it gives me the fresh view point to look at my own city and country sophisticatedly. I love music, reading, sporting, and food. I discover the world perceptively. I hope to share my knowledge about my own culture and the understanding of other cultures.
