About Me

About Me

I am an open minded and curious person who enjoys meeting new people and exchanging ideas. I live in Debrecen, Hungary, where I balance my passion for my doctoral research, business, political science, personal development, and sport.

Learning and growth are central to my life, so I spend much of my free time reading, writing, developing myself, and exploring new ideas. Fitness is also a key part of my routine, keeping me energized, focused, and healthy.

At the same time, I am a cheerful person who loves to laugh and share good moments with others. I deeply value friendships, honesty, and meaningful discussions. Whether it is a lighthearted chat or a deep conversation about happiness, family, relationships, or the big questions of life, I enjoy connecting with people on both levels—sometimes over a bottle of wine or a few beers.

Current Mission

I am currently pursuing my PhD, researching how leadership communication shapes workplace memories, employee well-being, and decision making at work. My focus is on creating a leadership training program that blends behavioral science and positive psychology. My mission is to make work a better experience for people while helping organizations improve retention.
