About Me

CURRENT MISSION

....................... ............. ..... ..... .. . . . . ..........

ABOUT ME

Being born in Prague as a child of political fugitives I have been raised in Vienna. After highschool, I went commuting through professions as a salesman, telemarketer, night clerk, courier, exhibition builder, construction worker, decorator.

My artistic training began at the age of 25 as a sculptor in a stone maison school, continued in Florence, Italy pursuing classical sculpture clay modelling until I arrived at the Düsseldorf art academy, in Germany, to study contemporary art under three professors Richard Deacon, Analia Saban and Rita McBride.

I ended up being a writer where all my studies and training come together as a unit, currently trying to publish my 1st book named "Peter".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An art piece that might be on going astonishing me for the rest of my life is the Medici tombs in San Lorenzo.
Everytime I stand in front of it, it just produces this feeling of being in the present of the essence of art

Went with a jeep to the second highest glacier in Iceland and watched the landscape for hours, just sitting in the snow, breathing and listening

Been driving away from a Tornado in 1993 in Florida, as a front passenger of course

Drifted a Subaru Legacy through a traffic light turning red through a line of cars, smoking tyres. It was an emergency and it looked very cool.

Drove 108km/h max speed on my bicycle, down a mountain road

Dodged a bat swinging at me by doing a somersault under it

Got caught up in a snow storm in Iceland not able to leave my car for about 12 hours

Been on a retired whaler for a ride in a wetsuit holding on to the railing in ruff sea

Drove a Ferrari Italia 458 once, to me being crazy about industrial design that was just great

Drove a couple of motorcycles such as KTM Super Duke 1290r (my favorite bike, I like to call it the fastest tractor on earth, 1st its from Austria, yeah we got nothing but Red Bull and KTM and bove kick some ass), Ducati 916/Streetfighter/ Multistrada/Hypermotard/ Monster/ 999/1098, Panigale and many others I like.
You got it I love italian bikes.

Lived on the street for one month sleeping in public places, changed my view of life

Visited the Medici Tombs for 200 times, yes serious stuff :)

Encountered Werner Herzog, Wes Anderson, Michael Ballack, Mats Hummels, Gerhard Schröder, Horacio Pagani, Reinhold Messner, Tony Andrews, Daniel Richter, Andreas Gursky, Peter Doig, Rita McBride, and many other artists who teach and taught at the academy in Düsseldorf, proud of that!

Experienced hearing loss twice and recovered

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to let people be part of my life and encourage them the other way around, the most important thing: enjoy yourself and laugh, that is what life is about.

One thing, everybody is screaming for freedom but when they get it, most of the questions sound like:

WTF we are going to do now.
That is why some people seem to be running scared these days.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I tend to be a proud person on one side of what I am as a human being and on the other side I am a very nice and sensible guy, getting along with almost anybody.

The best thing for me remains to sit in a circle of friends and tell jokes, but I am going to need some beer for that.

The best nickname gave me an israeli friend in Italy, "gentle giant".
He over did it a bit, I am not that big, not that strong, but I might have the heart of one.
