ABOUT ME

I'm a traveler with a free soul
seeking for new experiences.

Love Latin culture, especially Salsa dance.
That's why I'm traveling in Latin America.
I'm planning to travel from Mexico to Brazil for 1 year.

I have been dancing for 16 years, though my major in the university is about fashion design.
Ten years ago I happened to watch people dancing Salsa, which immediatley attracted my soul.
I got into it with crazy passion and won some awards from Salsa competitions.

Also have been teaching Salsa for 7 years.

I'm very curious about everything in the world.
Never hesitate to try new thing.

I enjoy cooking a lot.
I went to a cooking school to get a license as a cook.
I usually cook fine Korean dishes for a host when I couch surf.

I'm laid back, easy going, out going, smiley person, people say.:)

One thing more, my Korean name is too difficulty for people to pronouce so that I use Spanish name Alex. It would be haapy if you call me Alex.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I ran into a Korean traveler and Couchsurfer who lives in San Cristobal, Mexico.

He hosted me and my travel company Junho for 10 days.
We went to a party held at a house of another CS member, Jose Luis.
There were like 20 surfers and hosts.
I had a great time with them and found amazing values in CS.

It's best way ever for traveler to have true experiences with locals and share humanity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just joined in CS.
Not many experiences I have so far.
But I do want to crash as many couches as I can and meet different people sharing lifes.

Interests

My soul basically consists of SALSA DANCE, TRAVELING, COOKING and DOGS.
I'm crazy about dogs. Oh, amazingly lovely loyal creature ever.

Meeting people, learning new things, try on whatever I have chances to do.

Music also is a big interest.

Whatelse? Well, I'm interested in EVERYTHING, literally.

I have been a Salsa teacher for 7 years.
I'm quite good at teaching Salsa :)
Also can teach how to cook Korean cuisine,
how to train dogs.

I want to learn spanish desperately.
