About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am still thinking of something insightful and profound to put here, so just bear with me..
ABOUT ME
I'm an addict for travel (and would love to do more of it if I could), love immersing myself in different cultures and above all, really easy to get along with. I'm a strong believer in treating others how you would like to be treated and enjoy hanging out with people who are genuine, honest and funny.
PHILOSOPHY
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I learnt about CS from a friend who CS-ed during a 6-month university exchange program in Europe. She returned with glowing reviews about it and I think it has really empowered people all over the world to experience different countries from the people who know it best - its locals.
If anyone were to be so kind as to offer me a couch, I can't cook very well (I can bake a little though!) but I would be more than happy to help out with the housework and share a little of my culture and everyday life in Singapore =)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I actually have never had any CS experience in my lifetime, which is why I decided to start now. I'm absolutely sure there will be good and not-so-good experiences, but unforgettable experiences nonetheless.
Interests
Travel - but not the tour group, touristy experience where you get shepherded around in a coach. I prefer a more authentic, local and organic approach to travel.
Aviation - I love the feeling of being up in the air, even have a First Solo certificate!
Language - Foreign languages are sensuous and exciting, still studying to be fluent in Arabic =) Hopefully I'll get there soon.

Music, Movies, and Books
Pulp Fiction will always be my all-time #1 favourite show and Tarantino's best directorial effort. Other than that I love a movie with a solid, believable storyline or a genuinely funny laugh out loud comedy. None of the action stuff for me. =)
