I'm easy going and like everyone else on here, I love traveling and try to get away as much as possible. When I'm not working (I have multiple jobs), I'm at an amusement park or have friends over to my house for a cookout or games. I am not hosting right now because now I have two amazing roommates and don't have the space to host someone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't get to travel as often as I'd like to, so I like to open up my home to meet travelers from other counties. It gives me a glimpse of a different culture and it's my substitute adventure when I can't travel.

Interests

I enjoy hanging out with friends, whether it's going out to happy hour or just chilling in my backyard. When I travel, I like to experience the local culture and places that aren't well known to most tourists. I'm pretty open-minded, so I'm happy doing almost anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC

I like all kinds of music if it's good music :-) My year seems to revolve around Austin's SXSW and ACL Music Festival.

MOVIES

I really like thrillers, but I do watch a little bit of everything. Anything by Guillermo del Torro, Sleepers, Sinister, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy are just some of my faves.

BOOKS

I don't read as often in my free time as I'd like to, but right now I'm reading The Strain trilogy and Among the Hidden series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After college I moved to Austin although I had never visited, didn't have job and didn't know anyone there. Luckily things worked out for me and 17 years later I'm still here.
