ABOUT ME

I am an easy-going, friendly person – though a little shy at first. Once we get to know each other a little, I think you’ll find that I’m a little goofy and somewhat adventurous. People have said that I have a calming energy and feel relaxed around me.

I’m not in a hurry, but don’t like to be late or keep people waiting.
I’m generous, but don’t let people take advantage of me.
I’m gentle and kind and don’t like to be around people who are angry, mean or negative.
I’m artistic and dabble in many things – photography (mainly) but also drawing, painting, singing, cooking and love to experience all kinds of art.
I love good food.
I LOVE to travel and do so as much as I can. I am married but typically travel alone or with friends as my husband is kind of a homebody and doesn’t have as much time off from work.

I often travel alone and naturally keep to myself, I figured couchsurfing is an easier way to meet people ahead of traveling.

Music - pretty much everything, except maybe Country. I enjoy dancing to hip hop, reggae... anything with a good beat. I sing mostly jazz standards.

My favorite movie of all time is The Fifth Element and I loved Guardians of the Galaxy, Pacific Rim, Stargate

Books - Anne Rice and Jacqueline Carey are my favorite authors. Loved the Game of Thrones and Hunger Games series. My favorite book is Maia by Richard Adams.
