I am an outdoor guide, love everything adventurous in the outdoors- mostly rock climbing, ski touring, canyoning, and off track bushwalking. I love the mountains! I have an interest in ecology, but also love learning about history, geology and culture.

Also, I love food! In the past I worked as a chef.

I started surfing in Scandinavia in 2011 and have hosted several surfers in my home too

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's an amazing way to travel and meet great local people, and get that golden local knowledge, and sometimes you make some great friends too! When I host I get to see my home town through a travellers eyes.

Swimming in fresh water lakes, hot springs, staring at maps, I love all things in nature from the tiniest moss, the weirdest slime mould to the biggest mountains!

Some of the stuff I like to do... climb, hike, foraging wild edibles, I love foraging mushrooms. Cooking!

I love to share and teach anything I know! From climbing to to cooking, being a chef I can probably give some tips and teach recipes but I'll never stop learning either so would love to learn new dishes and cuisines too!
I'm pretty good at hula hooping so I can teach that.

I want to learn about your culture, your world, your food!!! If you know about edible wild plants in your area I'd love to learn about that too and definitely, a recipe!
