About Me

The path of life takes many turns, but as long as you stay on the path, you will find glorious adventures... Or you can make your own path and treat every day as an adventure... Either way, life is an adventure 🤣

I just moved to Oregon and I can't wait to start hosting people again! I have very little availability to host at the moment as I just took over a pizza shop and am incredibly busy. I hope to be able to host more often as my obligations lessen.

A warning to new couchsurfers, if you don't have your profile filled out, some pictures, and preferably some references, I will deny your request. I've had some pretty horrible people take advantage of me through this site, so I have to be careful, especially now that I live with roommates... That being said, I don't expect that people will be horrible, I'm just trying to be cautious, so as long as you are honest and thoughtful in your request, expect to be accepted, as long as I am available.

PHILOSOPHY

give and dont expect anything in return and life will hit you with unexpected gifts. Also, When you help others, You can't help helping yourself!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a surfer and a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done a bit of surfing here and there, but right now I'm grounded so my role is more that of a host, which is a position I love. I want to point out too that since I've been couchsurfing, there seem to be 2 distinct types of hosts. One type is the people who see you for who you are and want to hang out with you or at least talk somewhat to know what your all about, but the second type are those who treat this like a hotel and expect wayyy too much of their surfers. I will not require anything of you or ask for anything in return for giving you a place to sleep, that is not the way couchsurfing should be.

Interests

I love almost everything, with the exception of close-mindedness. C'mon people can't we all just get along?

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of music really, the books I read are a recently more science based books about the universe and logic and rational thinking. I just finished Dawkins The God Delusion, Art of War, Sam Harris The moral landscape, Chomsky, Self Reliance by Emmerson. These kinds of books really interest me, I feel like they will all be classics if they arent already.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every moment is filled with unbelievable beauty, you just have to find it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experiences, opinions, and thoughts on life, not to mention some amazing food.
