Which means, have time for (new) hobbies, get to know my friends on a deeper level and enjoy being bored from time to time.

ABOUT ME

I would say I'm open-minded, curious, hard-working and love a good discussion. I live together with my awesome partner Geert. We travelled together many times, but both love coming home to Gent.

Music is a big part of my life. I play the violin and I've been playing in orchestras since every. I listen to a wide range of music, from opera to rock and enjoy going to all kind of concerts and festivals.

Of course, as a veterinarian (but not a practioning one) I love animals. I know a ton of animal facts which I can share with you. This also explains my ridiculous facination for our two indoor cats (you are warned).

I really don't like cooking, but I do like good food!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have couchsurfed several times, which always has been a good experience!
We have hosted many times, yet I do have to warn that I usually have little free time and mostly no time to show guests around the city (but if Ican, sure!). Speaking English/French/Dutch at an acceptable level is a requirement in order to be able to have pleasant conversations.
