About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Community-making, synergy-seeking

ABOUT ME

I live in Berkeley California. I love it here and feel very much at home in the bay. That being said, I'm an explorer/wanderer by nature and never seem to stop finding new places to visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite actress is Meryl Streep. Favorite actor: maybe Russell Brand, but not for his acting, just for being himself.
Favorite movies: Little Women, The Triplets of Belleville, Shrek, Black Cat White Cat, Fried Green Tomatoes, Doubt, L'Auberge espagnole, Water, Hook, Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, The Last of the Mohicans, There Will Be Blood, Little Miss Sunshine, Little Children.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think living and working as an English teacher in Madrid. It was very challenging (but also very fun) as I had little teaching experience and came with only one contact: my boss. I had to learn pretty much everything by myself as I didn't come with a program. Yeah, it really taught me how to get out of my shell to make things happen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I practice a form of therapy called MindLife coaching. It's a tool wherein you gain feedback from the subconscious mind via the neuromuscular system. The goal of the technique is to gain awareness and transform subconscious agendas and negative life patterns. I'd love talk more about it and share it with you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Laughter, good shoulder rubs, tea--I'm a decent cook too 😊

Countries I’ve Visited
