About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be an inspired costume designer and see the world.

ABOUT ME

Travel keeps me sane. Often I find that going new places and expericing new things reminds me how wonderful the old ones are too. As it reminds me that the world is a much bigger place than just lines on a map. I find inspiration all around me which fules my work. I am adicted to all aspects of costuming except seam ripping. Costuming is the means in which I express myself creatively. Reasearch is actually my favorite part of my creative process. And I want to set myself apart by understanding ethic costumes and why people wore them. I love to dress up and I have never stopped playing make believe and pray to god I never do. And I believe that imagination is the key to life. Without it there would be no culture or change and no one would ever move forward.

PHILOSOPHY

To each their own. Live and Let Live. Cheeze it's may not be able to solve world hunger but they sure make me feel better. The more people you meet the more you learn and grow. Once you lose your marbles it's all down hill from there. If ductape dosen't fix it wack it with a hammer. Always carry bandaids cause everyone falls down sometimes. And lastly the best thing that you can ever tell someone is that you love them just the way they are.

And my best experiences anime convention hopping was to stay with perfect strangers from all over the country. The only thing I have ever regretted was that I can't see the people I meet all the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have rode a bicycle across the entire state of Georgia. It was a church youth group trip and the entire plan was basically there was no plan. We biked into a given city, met the locals and found a place to stay and met some really amazing people along the way. It was amazing how welcoming everyone we met along the way was to perfect strangers who basically appeared out of no where. And I learned that even without a plan you can still find a place to stay if you just have a faith in humanity.
