I love to explore in nature, preferring wilderness to man-made any day. Im 22 and having almost finished my studies, am looking forward to much travel and nomading. I love the idea of unexplored frontiers, and would hate to live in a world where everything was known...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is a great concept, using the basic idea of sharing to make the world a better place, and i would love to do my part - show people around my city, help travellers, and meet people to have fun/travel/share experiences with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only been a member for a short time, but have already through cs met some great people from all over the world whom i shared some awesom experiences with, and am looking forward to meeting/sharing many more :)

Interests

long walks on the beach... ;-)

um, i am interested in a lot of things!! what comes to mind in this order (but in no particular order of preference) - skiing, partying, playing chess (at the top of a mountain is fun ^^), nature, bushwalking/hiking, beach and big big waves B-), tattoo art, car racing games (arcade), thai massages, good music, movies, food, ... and a lot more...

travel - planning to go back to southeast asia sometime this year (north, and also south), then japan (i love japan...), and then perhaps see more of europe or who knows

Music - i love variety, anything *good* in a lot of genres; you only have to look at my mp3 playlist to see this!! including...: alternative - placebo, pink floyd; electro; dnb; reggae; metal/punk rock - NIN, slipknot, marilyn m; chillout - cafe del mar.

listening to deepak chopra while watching the world go by... quite surreal...

Movies - well made movies; anything quentin and Johnny Depp- he is a great actor but also has a unique ability to select only the best movies to act in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On the Great Barrier Reef, snorkelling, before global warming had depleted most of it - the most colourful corals (and tropical fish) I have ever seen; every coral was alive. Have not come across such beautiful corals/reef since then.
