ABOUT ME

I'm a phonetician and theatre guy. I like to think of myself as a go-with-the-flow kind of guy, so I'm flexible. I'm a huge nerd, especially when it comes to history. I'm also really into in linguistics. I speak English and Spanish fluently, and I can carry on simple conversations in French, Irish, and Turkish (very simple for Turkish).

And as you can probably tell, I'm a bit terse when I write. But believe me that should we get going in a conversation, I can really wax poetic.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to live and let live. There are as many philosophies out there as there are people. If you can accept that, you'll be much happier

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hung out with several couchsurfers when I lived in Gaziantep, and I've surfed while travelling around Turkey.

History, politics, and languages are some of my biggest interests. I also like science fiction and counterfactual scenarios. I also love to travel and meet new people.

I once visited the Great Wall of China and had a party with some students from Europe. It was really chill and laid-back. I also have constructed a fictional language, called Acadian, which is a descendant of modern English.
