About Me
Hey there my name is Wanja but my mates call me Wan. I m from Germany.
I have been travelling for the last 4 years manly Australia and Indonesia but also went to Morocco and Europe for a while.
I love to surf, fish, dive and everything ocean related. heading over to New Zealand for a work and holiday year.
gonna buy a van and travel around trying to pick up work somewhere along the way. I m an easy going person and usually get along with everyone pretty well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
to be honest I haven't used couch surfing much cause I always meet people on my travels that I have been catching up with on the way. I don't wanna just go to another country and stay in the backpackers and be a tourist. I would like to get to know a place and their people and see what the live is like. I m not so much about ticking boxes like a lot of people do in oz. if I like it somewhere I wanna figure out the place and stay but I'm pretty independent to.
Interests
I like travelling manly for surfing but also like to party and do adventures and missions
- sports
Music, Movies, and Books
not really into Hollywood stuff I like independent movies like "black cat white cat " and all movies from emir kusturica... also discovered Taika Waititi and I love is sense of humour and all his movies
been reading a bit but if I don't like a book it takes me ages to finish it
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
