I have been living in Australia for the last 1 year and a half. I started in a small town call Robe, SA for the vintage 2019. Then, I have spent 6 months in a remote town of the NT and I loved it !
From there , I drove the west coast down to Margaret River where I have spent the last 4 months working as cellar hand for the vintage 2020.

I am originaly from Normandie, FR. But I have already lived in severals cities in France : Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier...

I have been studying biology and biomedical sciences for 5 years but I finally realized that i couldnt manage to be stuck in a lab and I didnt want to work for chemistry groups.
I changed my mind and went to engineering school to learn agriculture, local development and farming.

I've also studied viticulture and I have a specialization in wine making and vineyards.
