ABOUT ME

Hi everybody!
I just finished high school last year. Now i manage a bar and our experimental/punk jazz band. I want to travel all over europe, beacuse I want to learn english, get to know the everydays of the locals better and to find ouf the great small pubs and venues. I want to see the difference between the cultures and institutions in different countries. One of my dream to find a strong experimental scene somewhere and make living there from organising concerts, workshops and performances.

PHILOSOPHY

Most important thing is to think positive.
I usually draws a lot from zen buddhist philosophy because I experimented it in real life. The base of my philosophy is faith and imagine. With some creativity, you can do everything in yourself, and thats the reality. If you see something, if you hear something, if you smell something, it goes into yourself, it will be the part of yourself. So the reality is inside yourself. Thats your reality. Everybody has one reality and everybody can modify that.

I like almost every kind of music (expect american poprap and stuff like that), especially music which includes a lot of genres. I love and want to find every music wich a bit more 'exotic' or experimental: free jazz, tribal, klezmer, no wave, afro, funk, swing, fusion jazz, psychedelic rock, folk, IDM, experimental electronic, ambient,glitch... Artists who inspired me: Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, Venetian Snares, Dorian Concept, Ornette Coleman, Anthony Braxton, Albert Aylor, Art Blakey, John Coltrane, Charles Mingus, Telonious Monk, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Ari Hoenig, Robert Glasper, Ibrahim Maalouf, Tigran Hamasyan, Mike Patton, Mr bungel, John Zorn, Lounge lizards, Secret chiefs 3, Estradasphere, Tipsy, Jaco Pastorious, Iggy Pop, Brad Mehldau, Mark Giuliana, Pat Metheney, Guillaume Perret, King Chrimson, Joshua Redman, Avishai Cohen, Moondog, Pink Freud, The Ruins, Merzbow, Stockhausen, Steve Reich...
My favourite composers are John Zorn and Moondog.
