About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish my studies and whenever there is time to travel and meet people.

ABOUT ME

I am an easy-going, open minded fellow who's looking for experiences around the world. I love playing music and doing sports. I am studying Medicine in Erlangen (Germany). I'm member of the Band "Think Twice" and own a bar together with two friends. I like chocolate, fruit salad, beer (I'm german..), animals, people, plants, climbing, running, driving, watching football and TV-Shows, relax and drinking coffee.
I don't like sandflies, mosquitoes, rhythmic gymnastics and sitting around not knowing what to do.

PHILOSOPHY

Give what you want to get. Treat others like you want to be treated yourself. Make the best of every situation, accept your emotions and trust in your abilities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by being open-minded, having fun with heaps of different things/activities and always trying to have an awesome time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On my first travelday with my car in New Zealand I desperately looked for a place to spend the night. After hours of search I decided to just camp beside the road near a house. To be polite I went to the house owner and asked her if it was alright if I stayed there for the night. She agreed but said it would probably be safer to stay in her guest house. I was surprised but agreed and spent the night in a little house with my own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Maybe that's not really couchsurfing, but a friendly person offered a stanger her guest house, trusting him handle it with care and trying to help him out. I think that's what couchsurfing is about.

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter, Dan Brown, Deadpool, Star Wars, Inception all kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've seen and done was on a campingground in Takaka. I met a bunch of people who didn't know each other and we just sat together, shared our stories, shared our food and were just enjoying each other.

Teach, Learn, Share

Music is a universal language. It shares emotions, stories and history. Do you want to learn about a culture? Listen to its music!
