Hi there!

I'm a 27 year old, half Dutch/ half Portuguese, easy going world traveler. Super non creative I start by saying that I love to travel and see the world. I've traveled through many countries in Europe and lived for half a year in Malaysia, where I did the necessary traveling to Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. After that lived in New York for 7 months, as part of my internship at the Netherlands Consulate. New York grew to be my favorite city in the world, of the cities that I've seen so far. The city has my heart, but I was not done with exploring the world in the least. I got hired for a project at the Rio Music Conference in Brazil! That's where I am right now, living in Rio and traveling around for three months.
I love to meet up with locals and explore new places, or show my city! Some info: I love cooking, dancing, drinking red wine, listening to Soul/ R&B, party at any kind of music, writing, traveling. And as a side note, I'm a super easy fit with almost every couch :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to explore the world and meet new people. Learn about different cultures and do crazy, fun things that makes life worth living! Couchsurfing is a great way to do this and help other people out to travel the world, without paying high hotel costs. And next to that learn from each other, and make friends worldwide.

Interests

I like to read, hang out with friends, write, go to the theater, do sports and travel. Zipping on some red wine is always a good way to end the night.
