Comfy spacious room with all conveniences, big shared bathroom with shower, yoga and sports facilities, close by running tracks, two bicycles, scuba diving adventure (when possible), guitars and other instruments, chill out room with hookahs, a movie projector and zen meditation zone, big shop just outside, car mechanic workshop opposite and a pharmacy -clinic next to it. Just try to provide enough energy to dig it all :-)
