About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I studied Art History in Madrid. Lived a year in Paris and then spent nearly two years in south America traveling arround. Back in Madrid I started typing poems with a type writer machine as well as working at the Prado museum shop, which made me kinda sad. Didn't have time for anything. No vacations. Just working all day long. I then decided that is not the way I want to live, so I took my type writer and started traveling again. My current mission is just to be in peace with my thoughts and desires. To feel free in my daily life. And of course, adventure makes present reveal itself as real.

Traveling is the best way I found for discovering new aspects of myself, and writing poems for orhers , the best way I found to help people. Writing (and reading) helps me to collect my thoughts when ever they get messed up. It is a way of working patiently on making your own little world have sense. And helps me understand the world two. So thats why I am devoted to traveling and literature, trying to learn as much as possible every day.

PHILOSOPHY

The challenge doesn't reside on learning how to be alone, but on learning how to be free when we are with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been using couchsurfing for five years now and I think it is gonna be quite difficult for me to stop because I consider it is the best way for traveling I´ve ever experienced, aswell as workaway. By the moment I cannot offer my place beacause I am traveling a lot but the times I had open my doors to people have been incredible too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been doing couchsurfing especially in South and North America where people have been always very nice to me. I think it is one of the best ways for getting to know local people and also the place you visit.
It's amazing how people want to help each other, opening their houses to strangers. I am sure many people said this was imposible at the beginning but all together we've demostrared it is not only possible, but a world wide accepted idea. We all share the same concept of helping each others. And that is beautiful.

Interests

I like water. The ocean. The moments when you realize that something is changing inside of you, eating pop corn while watching a good movie, night, reading, solitude, company. I like walking with my music on, crying, laughing, people that makes you laugh. Traveling. Studying. I also like animals and what you feel when you reach understanding with them. Blues, people that know how to play an instrument and getting completely lost in the cities.
I don´t like the air conditioning in the buses, neither anise. I don´t like people that doesn´t answer you when you say hello to them and the ones that doesn´t know how to laugh to themselves. I don´t like coffee with ice, hurries, people that push you to be like them.
