ABOUT ME

Hello everyone!
My name is Patrick and I live in The Hague, the Netherlands. I'm 34 years old and my profession is a physiotherapist. I am a very kind, relaxed and also energetic guy who can catch up with anyone and make easily friends. I'm very open-minded and eager to learn as much as possible in life.
I think it's fantastic to meet people from all over the world and hear about their stories!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the travelling world of backpackers and couchsurfers, open minded people, have interesting conversations and lot's of fun!
I enjoy meeting you, couchsurfers, and want to learn a lot from eachother!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no couchsurf experience, but I think it would be a great manner to meet nice people and visting places in an other way.

Intereses

I love to dance! I have danced salsa for more than 10 years and zouk for about 8 years. Zouk is a really beautiful and sensual dance from Brazil and it is a mix of lambada and modern dance. For me dancing is a natural drug, I'm addicted to it and I cannot live without. Every week there are many salsa and zouk parties in the The Hague area.
Besides dancing I also love to have a drink in the pub. I really love Irish Pubs and its live music, I so love the atmosphere of that!
I also play guitar, at least I'm learning, but I love it! It would be nice to play guitar with a host so we can learn and listen to eachothers music!
I like languages, I speak also Spanish and at the moment I take lessons in Brazilian Portugese.
I'm really interested in a lot of things so you can talk to me about anything and you'll have my fully attention!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I visited New-Zeeland in 2004, truly the most beautiful country in the world!
In 2006 I back-packed in South America for six months. The best experience in my life! I have lived in Cusco, Peru for three months and I learned to speak Spanish and did voluntary work as a physiotherapist in a hospital and with children to teach them English. After that I travelled for three months more through South America and met the nicest people and saw amazing nature!
