ABOUT ME

I'm an 18 year old girl, currently living in Amsterdam. I'm a pedagogystudent at the moment, but I am planning on switching to a study of English, since that makes me happier. I'm an openminded person and I love to meet new people and learn about other cultures and languages. I haven't travelled much in my life, due to money and time-issues, and I have never been outside of Europe, but I find Europe very nice with all its different cultures. I enjoy spending time with friends, but I can be happy too when seated on a couch with a good book.

Interests

I enjoy nice food, although I don't grant myself the time for good cooking. I spend most of my time watching 10000 American tv-shows, whilst ignoring my schoolwork. I like to read and get very happy from going to a bookstore and buying a new book. Besides hanging our with friends at home, while enjoying a glass of wine, I visit the cinema frequently. I enjoy almost every type of movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I went to England for two weeks on a 'Language and work-experience' on my own. I fell in love with the country and the people, and in that moment decided that I wanted to live/work/study in England.
