From June 2013 we will spend six months in Mexico, Cuba and Belize

ABOUT ME

Mitch and I met in an elevator and fell in love instantly. We schmoozed over red wine and fantasised about moving to France to make cheese…Pierre and Beatrice, somewhere in a little chateau with chickens and goats.
In the meantime, Mitch took up studying theatre, inspiring to become the next Samuel Beckett, and I left my job as a waitress to become a midwife.
Since then, most importantly, we have had a baby…beautiful Edith, who can sing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star”, gives the warmest hugs and whom we love with with all our hearts.
At the moment we live in Sydney but one day hope to live in the country with a big yard to run free, a bursting vegetable garden, live music under the stars, ducks wandering around, bikes to ride to the beach, friends and family near, gum-trees, chickens... and a goat. But we are very grateful for all that we have now, our health and freedom.
We thought we’d take a break from our busy lives and travel to Mexico and Cuba for six months...we can’t wait.
