About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to discover the world and enjoy the life as much as I can

ABOUT ME

I was born by chance in Brussels, in the heart of the European Community, after nearly being born in Canada, by parents mismatched but nice. I have an obsession for art ever since I was little and a great love for travel DIY, the finest of which I did in China with my daughter. After a brief Savoyard's period, under the watchful eyes of the Mole Antonelliana (in Tourin), I've spent half my life in the shadow of the S. Peter's dome (Rome). In Rome I worked in the organization of exhibitions and museums, and then switch to the other side of the fence, to found one that I directed for 4 years. I live and work in Milan since 2008, and here I founded Città nascosta Milano (Hidden Milano City), a no-profit organization which now has more than 1,000 members, devoted to discover hidden's wonders of art, architecture, history, curiosity and nature in Milan. I have collaborated with several newspapers; today I'm a free lance at Affaritaliani.it.
I like to travel and meet people from all over the world. Contact me if you need any information or even help to discover the city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cross China, for more than forty days in 1999, with my daughter who was 9 years old! I will never forget this trip, organized by myself, which allowed me to discover a corner of the earth which by the way is no longer as I remember. I crossed rivers, earth, air, from north to south, from east to west, and the best memory remains the stone forest and the incredible gorges of the Yangtze River, where with my daughter we made the most memorable swim our lives ....
