I'm a quiet person in big company, though I talk a lot in small groups. I love books, crafts (I'm a jeweller and I dabble in woodworking, leatherwork, sewing, drawing...), I enjoy a good conversation and discussion.

Interests

Reading books (massive amounts); professional jewelry making; sewing my own clothes; working with wood....I like creative work :)
I love psychology, sociology and the philosophy that sprouts from those...economics are close to my heart (by it's processes, not by math itself)...I have several areas of interest (such as theoretical physics, astronomy, biology, neurology...), though I have next to no formal education in any of those. Only books.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many books to list....fantasy, sci-fi and fact...
Movies...diverse, so it's hard to tell...
Music? Again, diverse...but I do enjoy the "lighter" kinds of metal genres, rock, and especially classical instruments (violin, chello and piano)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Does being permanently happy count? There was a lot of things that were amazing for me, though they might not seem so to others...I find pleasure in everything. I think that's quite an achievement :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well...craftsmenship and discussing ideas is my strong suit...as for what I want to learn...I won't know until I learn it, will I? :)
I got into a habit of always gifting my couchsurfers and hosts with something small, I made. A keychain, a bracelet...I make a lot of this stuff, and....it somehow creates a bond even stronger, than one made through shared words and experiences alone. It reminds people, a physical representation of friendship :)
