I am from Vitoria, a small town near Bilbao, in the Basque Country. I have just finished my studies in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering, so I am moving to Madrid in September in order to work there.

Mmmmm it’s difficult to talk about yourself… but I consider myself as someone enthusiastic and open minded, who loves knowing new people, new places, new cultures… I like going out with friends, playing sports or just a good conversation.

This summer I will be traveling through Northern Europe. It will be my first long trip alone, so I expect to know new people and to learn as much as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am planning to travel through Northern Europe this summer, so I really would like to participate in some couchsurfing experiences. I am travelling alone, so I will be delighted if someone wants to show me the city or any interesting place he or she wants. As I have written in my presentation, I am finishing my studies and I am moving to Madrid in order to work in a few months, so I would like to host people when possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience yet, so I don’t have any reference. I know that is something difficult, so I won´t have any problem to meet before in order to know each other.

Interests

Travel, always I have free time I love visiting new places, new cultures, new food...

Any kind of sport such as tennis, basketball, football...

Go out. I like hanging out with friends, go on party or just have some beers.

Teach, Learn, Share

My native language is Spanish, so I won't have any problem if someone wants to speak with me in that language in order to practise. In my region it is spoken Basque too, which is one of the oldest languages in Europe and it is not known where it comes from yet, so I really would like to teach some words in that language, which in my opinion is a very beautiful language.

I have studied two degrees, one related with economics and other related with engineering, so if someone considers I can help with some I have learnt, I will do it without any problem.

About learning, I love languages, so I would like if someone teaches me some words in his or her language. Although I haven't studied it since school, I like history, so it will be very interesting to hear about the history of places I am visiting.
