ABOUT ME

I am always wanting to meeting new people. I'm shy at first but am fun once you get to know me. Go with the flow of life basically wanting to enjoy new things. I constantly want to learn new things about people, cultures, history, arts, food and sport. I do not see couchsurfing as only a means of accommodation, it is a way for me to easily connect with someone and get to know that person well.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the course of our lives, what we do, think and look like, should not be determined by stereotypes and social norms. I often find myself thinking that the only things I need in life is food, friends, family, a good book and somewhere new to go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do not see couchsurfing as only a means of accommodation, it is a way for me to easily connect with someone and get to know that person well. I am social in any environment, big group or small. but i do sometimes prefer meeting just one person. that way i am less nervous and am able to give a friend all the attention.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In July of 2013, myself and two friends went to Tasmania, Australia for an environmental festival. We couchsurfed with two lovely people, Heather and Daran. My experience was so lovely and I made some good friends.

I have a keen interest in what i am studying; natural environment and spanish. Two of my biggest passions are Football (soccer) and riding my bicycle. But I cannot limit myself to that. I have interests that arise all the time!

My favourite song is Bittersweet symphony by the verve, really motivates me (also got me my first job). some other nice ones are the cat empire, david bowie, black keys and jack johnson. i like anything really. want to explore more gypsy and folk music these days. i like any movie that isn't too cliche! interest ranges from harry potter to the (swedish) girl with the dragon tattoo. and i could read any book at all.
